Information you give us
An account stores your screen name, normalised email address, password hash and creation time. We record eligibility acceptance, its policy version and country. The birth date entered during registration is used for the age check; the complete date is not retained.
If you contact Support, we store the submitted email, selected topic, message, time and request reference. A signed-in request may be linked to the account. Only provide the information needed to explain the issue. Never send a password or payment details.
Favourites, private Reel Notes and selected play settings are stored when you use those features. Reel Notes are not published or shared as reviews.
Records created by using the service
The service records account sessions, game and play-level choices, round references, settled results, feature progression and credit activity. These records keep the fictional balance consistent, recover interrupted rounds and help investigate errors.
Session secrets are kept in HttpOnly cookies while the server stores their digests. Short-lived rate-limit records help protect forms and game endpoints. Essential technical requests expose ordinary connection information to the server; we do not use this to build an advertising profile.
Guest visits and this browser
A guest session stores its fictional balance, bounded recent activity, round results and feature progression on the server for a seven-day visit. The browser holds the secret needed to resume it. Guest records are separate from an account and are not transferred when you join.
Browser-local play settings may remember accessibility, volume, motion or device-quality choices. Browser storage can be removed in your browser controls. Removing session storage can sign you out or end access to a guest visit.
An account break is stored with the account. A browser-level break also records a restriction in the current browser. These controls do not identify or block every other device you might use.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential cookies support sign-in, eligibility, anti-forgery checks, guest play and saved cookie choices. Their purposes and lifetimes are described in the Cookie Policy.
No optional analytics or advertising measurement is active on this service. Cookie preferences remain available from the footer. If optional tools are introduced, the policy and controls must describe them before they collect optional data.
How information is used and retained
We use account and game records to provide requested play, maintain continuity, secure access and resolve support requests. We use your email for requested account recovery and responses to your support enquiry. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.
Active account records remain available while the account is in use or until a verified removal request is processed. Guest access expires after seven days. Account sessions expire after fourteen days; password reset links expire after twenty minutes. Security and support records are retained only as needed for their purpose and reviewed when a removal request is handled.
Access to application storage is restricted to operating the service. Information may need to be handled by hosting and transactional-message providers to fulfil a request. We do not sell account data or publish private game activity as an identifiable social feed.
Your requests and account security
To ask for access, correction or removal of personal information, use Support with the topic Privacy or account data, or contact playerhelp@gasygasmed.com. We may ask for reasonable evidence that you control the account before releasing or changing its information. A request acknowledgement confirms receipt, not completion of deletion.
Use a unique password and sign out on a shared device. If you suspect unauthorised access, reset your password and contact Support. A completed password reset invalidates the previous account sessions.
This service is for adults. If you believe information about a person under 18 has been submitted, contact us so it can be investigated.
